is located on the property to take advantage of daylight, with the intent being that rooms are in use as the sun pass through the sky and floods the room with daylight. The house is designed with a central triangle space that acts as all the vertical and horizontal circulation, with all rooms coming off the flat side of the triangle. The exterior provides interesting massing while the roof line provides large overhangs and dynamic roof over the central triangle. The use of brick branding and vertical cedar siding complete this unique house.
