Scott Monchnik & Associates, Inc. was established in 1994 as a full service architectural firm, providing land planning, architecture and interior design. Over the past twenty one years, Scott Monchnik & Associates has been involved in projects both small and large, ranging from additions to new construction.

 

Education Projects; we do all of the Ross Medical Education Centers.

 

Commercial Projects; include tenant inserts and new construction, project types range from office lease spaces, medical – dental offices, veterinary clinics, shopping centers, grocery stores, retail stores, art galleries, restaurants and financial institutions.

 

Multi-family residential Projects; include apartments, condo and townhouses.

 

Single-family residential Projects; ranging from additions of 300 square feet through new home construction, with homes as large as 13,000 square feet.
